Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before joining. By participating, you agree to comply fully with the following rules:
1. Definitions
Affiliate: Any individual or entity participating in the Affiliate Program of Zawat.
Zawat Store (Zawat): The online store http://zawat.net and all its services.
Commission: The percentage earned by the Affiliate for every completed sale under the Program rules.
Customer: A person who purchases through the Affiliate’s tracking link.
2. Commission Structure by Category
Clothing & Accessories
1 – 50 orders per month: 8%
51 – 200 orders per month: 10%
More than 200 orders per month: 12%
Electronics & Devices
1 – 50 orders per month: 3%
51 – 200 orders per month: 4%
More than 200 orders per month: 5%
Home & Decor
1 – 50 orders per month: 6%
51 – 200 orders per month: 8%
More than 200 orders per month: 10%
Beauty & Personal Care
1 – 50 orders per month: 7%
51 – 200 orders per month: 9%
More than 200 orders per month: 11%
⌚ Luxury Products (Watches – Bags – Perfumes)
1 – 50 orders per month: 5%
51 – 200 orders per month: 6%
More than 200 orders per month: 8%
3. Commission Rules
Commissions are calculated on the product value only, excluding shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes.
Cancelled or returned orders are not eligible for commission.
The commission tier is determined based on the number of monthly orders in each category.
4. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid monthly, within 15 business days after the end of each month.
Payment is made via bank transfer or other approved electronic payment methods.
Minimum payout threshold is 500 EGP or its equivalent in supported currencies.
5. Affiliate Obligations
Affiliates must use ethical and legitimate promotional methods.
Use of Zawat’s brand in misleading or unauthorized advertising is strictly prohibited.
Self-purchases via Affiliate links for commission purposes are not allowed.
6. Zawat Rights
Zawat reserves the right to modify commission rates or program terms at any time, with prior notification to Affiliates via email.
Zawat has the right to suspend or terminate any Affiliate’s participation in case of violation of these terms.
7. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If not possible, they shall be referred to the competent courts. Note: By joining the Affiliate Program, you confirm your full agreement to these Terms & Conditions without objection.
