Return & Exchange Timeframe

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you may return it within **30 days** from delivery.
Return Conditions
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and invoice included.
Please inspect upon delivery. Report any visible damage within **48 hours** to initiate the return.
Products used improperly or damaged by user error are not eligible for return.

Return Fees
If the return is due to our error or product defect—return shipping is free.
If you're returning for personal reasons, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing

International Products & Customs Fees
Some products offered on Zawat Online Store are shipped from outside the country (international items).
These items may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, collected at the time of delivery by the customs authority.
The customer is fully responsible for paying these customs duties and taxes upon delivery.
In case of returning an international product, customs duties and taxes already paid are non-refundable.
Only the product price will be refunded according to our return & exchange policy.
