The Little Deer and the Discovery of the Illuminating Lantern
In a spacious valley where pine trees cluster and fresh streams flow, there lived a beautiful little deer distinguished by its intelligence, kindness, and love for helping all its friends in the forest.
As the sun began to set and the horizon turned pink, the deer was strolling near the edge of the forest when it spotted a warm silver light emanating from beneath a huge oak tree. It approached cautiously and found an elegant silver lantern emitting a calm and comforting light, next to it was a small bag that had fallen to the ground.
The Test of Integrity in the Heart of the Dark Forest
The little deer admired the lantern and remembered that it had seen the wise beaver passing this way at noon carrying its tools heading towards the river. Although the darkness of the night began to cast its threads over the place, the deer did not think of keeping the beautiful lantern for itself, but rather resolved to return the lost item immediately.
It carefully carried the lantern and walked along the path leading to the riverbank, illuminated by its gentle silver light that dispelled the darkness of the path and instilled reassurance in its heart, until it reached the wise beaver's home.
The Reward for Integrity and the Return to Peaceful Sleep
The deer knocked gently on the door, and when the beaver came out and saw its lost lantern, it was overwhelmed with joy and thanked the deer very much for its honesty and care in helping its neighbors in the forest.
The deer felt an immense sense of peace and happiness filling his heart, and he hurried back to his warm shelter where his mother was waiting for him with affection. He had his light meal, then lay down in his cozy bed among the soft straw, and closed his eyes surrendering to a deep and calm sleep after a day filled with goodness and contentment.
